At Threading Water, we have a 90-day return-for-any-reason guarantee! If you're not satisfied with your purchase within the first 90 days, please return the item(s) for an exchange or full refund. Please read our Return & Exchange Policies thoroughly to ensure we can meet your needs in the most accurate and timely way.

Returns

If at any point in the first 90 days you decide you are not happy with any product that you have purchased, follow the steps below to receive a FULL refund. Plus we'll even cover the cost of you shipping it back to us. 

Reasons for not being happy:

- It's defective
- It's the wrong size
- You wash it, and it doesn't fit now
- You wake up one day, and you're just like "nah", shouldn't have bought that

When returning an item, please complete the following steps:

1. Email support@threadingwater.org to receive shipping information. Please include your reason for making the return or exchange in your email.

2. After receiving the shipping label in your email, print it out and attach it to the mailer we send you. Items will return to:

When replacing an item, we ship your replacement free of charge, and we will even cover the cost it takes you to send it to us! So you pay NOTHING extra.  If the item(s) you request is not available when the return is processed, we can either issue you a FULL refund, you can select something else, or you can wait until we have that product back in stock.

*Note: Paying for shipping both ways does not apply to items that were purchased with a discount over 40%.
